Young Enterprise “Blast Off” Programme

It was great to have Amy and Ryan from Young Enterprise Northern Ireland who ran a programme with our Year 9 students today, Wednesday 28th February. The Blast Off programme guides students through a fun entrepreneurship experience, enhancing employability skills and qualities, which will help them succeed in the future world of work. Students look at famous entrepreneurs and what skills and qualities they have as well as assessing their own skills and qualities. They use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ideate a sustainable, marketable product. Students are tasked with marketing and branding their product which they present as a team. Thanks to Amy and Ryan for delivering the programme today.
