Young Chef Competition 2023

Congratulations to Year 10 student Beth McCleery who emerged victorious in Lagan's renowned Young Chef competition. The competition saw finalists from each form class in Year 10 exhibit their culinary skills, crafting an array of mouth-watering dishes, ranging from homemade sushi and ramen to saag paneer.

Beth showcased her culinary finesse with a fabulous chicken korma complete with homemade naan bread and a beautiful presentation. A round of applause also goes to our deserving runner-up, Josh Douglas, whose skilful hands conjured a classic roast dinner complete with all the delightful trimmings.
