Lagan College welcomes educational leaders from South Korea
We were pleased to welcome Mr. Do Sung-Hoon, President of the Education Authority of Incheon (South Korea) and his colleagues today, who were visiting Northern Ireland to learn about the ethos and principles of integrated education.
Prof Dr. Soon-Won Kang, one of the visitors, visited Lagan College in 2016 and 2017 before writing her book “A journey to the integrated schools in Northern Ireland: beyond division” which was awarded as one of best pieces of research by the ministry of education of Korea and was translated into Japanese this year.
It was great to reconnect with Soon-Won and we wish the group all the best as they continue their educational tour to Denmark and France.
