Julia Okon
Julia was a beautiful, strong and selfless young woman. She was a ray of sunshine that lit up every room. Anyone who was lucky enough to have met her knows how special she was.
Julia received the Pride of Lagan College Award at our recent School Prize Ceremony in December 2022, a fitting accolade for an amazing, young person to mark the charitable work she undertook for the benefit of others. We are extremely fortunate to have had Julia as a member of our school and our lives. She genuinely exuded our ethos and values in all she did, and she will be sorely missed by her friends and our staff alike. Our thoughts and prayers are with Artur, Dorota, Daniel and the wider family circle.
We feel truly blessed to have known Julia, and we only wish it had been for longer
