Annual Prize Ceremony
On Friday 16th December 2022, Lagan College students, parents, Governors and guest of honour Alyson Kilpatrick (Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission) gathered to celebrate the success and achievements of our students at our Annual Prize Celebration.
Our Principal, Mrs McNamee MBE, joined by Head Girl Mirran Morrison and Head Boy Christopher Cassells, shared some highlights from the many wonderful student successes in 2021/2022. Special guest Ms Kilpatrick encouraged our students to live out their integrated values and shared her commitment to human rights in Northern Ireland. A big thank you to the Music department for their performances and the Junior Jam for their memorable performance to conclude our time together.
We are delighted that so many of our young people were recognised for their many gifts, talents and personal qualities. We are blessed to have the opportunity to celebrate these memories together and we look forward to what the rest of the academic year brings in 2023.
